Do you have a story to tell? Many people come regularly to the labyrinth at the Chaplaincy - it’s like a treat, a regular event they look forward to. Some have been coming for years and as they have grown, the labyrinth experience has grown too in intimacy and wisdom. As you mature, it matures, and becomes like a life-long friend.
Would you like to share how the labyrinth has helped in your journey through life, by writing about it for others to enjoy? There may be a particular event in your life that the labyrinth really figured in. Or, you may feel there’s a longer-term process that the labyrinth has been a big part of. You may have a funny anecdote you want to share, or something from deeper in your heart. It can be long or short, funny or serious - and it can anonymous too if you wish. The important thing is that it’s your story, told your way. I would love to hear your Labyrinth Story, if you feel inspired to share it. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In early 2020 I'm hoping there might be a collection of people's stories that could be here on the website, sharing how the labyrinth has touched them. The one thing the labyrinth does is bring people together, as they each follow their pathway, brushing near, then far away. Let me know your ideas – and stories. It’s remarkable for a labyrinth to keep going this long, drawing different parts of the city community. Long may it continue!
